Building a Culture for Customer Retention
I work along your team in order to assure everybody lives by the company values that differentiate you from your competition and keep your customers engaged with your business
How does your workteam create memorable experiences
for your customers and suppliers?
Our customers’ loyalty occurs when we have provided an excellent experience in all aspects of our interaction with them.
Ensuring that our work team identifies with and truly lives by our company values, we achieve coherence between the value proposition and the experience that we deliver to customers, making them not only buy more from us, but also recommend us.
We will work on the eight values that define the culture of your company so that each person identifies how they live them in their role, day by day. Thus, each workshop participant will define new actions that will allow them to raise the level of their work to that of the experience that we want to create for our clients, even in the most difficult situations.
Stop and think consciously...
Are your company values in line with the market needs and expectations?
How do people live by the values of the organization in change and uncertainity times?
What empowerment level do people in your organization have in order to make autonomous decisions?
How is conflict between team members addressed and resolved?
Do we confront enough in order to uncover the reality of situations in order to manage them?
How to people in your organization feel that working there adds value to their professional objectives?
How do each member of your team is feeling he / she adds value to the company and to its customers?
Here is what I suggest we do:
We will agree to the eight values that are non-negotiable and define the culture of the organization
We will make a values bottomline definition so we make sure everybody starts the workshop with the same understanding
I will lead each person's reflection on how they live those values in their roles
Each participant will determine how he / she can actively contribute to living consistently within the culture and communicate it inside and outside of the organization
Everyone will establish a Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Measurable and Time-bound workplan that help him /her become coherent with the values of the company
Every participand will have a 30-minute follow up session that allows us to assure their progress towards the goals they set during the workshop
